If you are not satisfied with your product and you would like to return it to Handbags & Gladrags, we can offer you an Exchange or a Credit Note. We do not operate a Refund Policy (items cannot be returned for a refund).
Please note that we can only exchange or offer a credit note for a product if we receive it back to our warehouse within 7 DAYS of receipt of item. Returned Product(s) must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition in order for exchange/credit to be authorised. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery charges will only be refunded when a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Any changes or cancellation in respect of any order must be notified in writing to the company within two days of placing the order.
As soon as we receive a faulty item, the product will be sent to the supplier for inspection. The supplier will organise a repair to the faulty product or if necessary we will get a replacement product posted out to you.
